The Pharmacy Council is the regulatory body regulating the pharmaceutical professions – Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Qualified Persons. It is constituted under Article 16 of the Health Care Professions Act (Cap 464 of the Laws of Malta). Its main role is to regulate the pharmaceutical professions in the interest of safeguarding public health.

Our mission is mainly that to provide access into one of the professions and to prescribe and maintain professional ethics.
